Return Eligibility
We accept returns for standard size dresses (excluding final sale items) within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- With original tags attached
- In original condition and packaging
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any issues.
Important Return Instructions
- Please contact our customer service team at everlacebridal@163.com before returning any item to receive return instructions.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Please do not send items to the address on the package, as it is not our return address.
Return Fees
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
- Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
As most of our dresses are made-to-order, we do not support “buy multiple, keep one” purchases.
Custom-Made Items
All custom size or personalized dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made specifically for you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–15 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Sizing & Fit Disclaimer
All dresses are handmade, and slight variations (within 1 inch) may occur.
If your dress does not fit but matches the size you ordered, we recommend local tailoring. In some cases, we may offer limited alteration reimbursement—please contact us for details.
Color Disclaimer
Due to lighting, screen settings, and fabric dyeing processes, slight color differences may occur. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Accessories such as earrings and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
Order Cancellation
- Within 12 hours: 90% refund
- 12–24 hours: 80% refund
- 24–48 hours: 50% refund
- After 48 hours: shipping fee only
- Once shipped: cannot be canceled
