Total Delivery Time
To estimate when you will receive your order, please use the following formula:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (Tailoring) + Shipping Time
1. Processing Time (Tailoring)
Every dress is handmade by our artisans only after your order is confirmed. The time required for tailoring depends on the complexity of the design:

Prom, Evening, Homecoming & Special Occasion Dresses: 26–29 days

Wedding Dresses: 28–31 days
Note: If your order includes multiple items, they will be bundled and shipped together. The total processing time will be determined by the item with the longest production window.
2. Shipping Time
Once your dress has been meticulously crafted and passed our quality control, it will be handed over to our international carriers.
We partner with major global carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT to ensure reliable delivery. You will receive an automated tracking email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our studio.
3. Shipping Costs & Destinations

Worldwide Shipping: We offer global delivery. You can select your specific country and region during the checkout process.

Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
4. Important Shipping Notes
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please keep the following in mind:

Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Customs & Logistics: Delivery times may vary slightly due to local customs clearance processes or carrier-related delays beyond our control.

Remote Area Fees: Some remote locations may incur additional carrier surcharges. If your address falls into such a zone, our customer service team will reach out via email. Please respond within 48 hours to prevent shipping delays; otherwise, we may proceed with standard shipping methods.
5. Our Professional Recommendation
Because every Everlace gown is custom-made for you, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 6–8 weeks before your event date. This allows ample time for tailoring, international transit, and any local minor alterations you may wish to perform for the perfect fit.
