Yes! We offer a Custom Size option to ensure a better fit. Simply provide your measurements, and we will tailor the dress accordingly.

If you have special requests, such as adjusting the length or other details, please leave a note in the Special Instructions box at checkout or email us within 24 hours after placing your order. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our size chart on each product page and comparing it with your measurements. If you’re between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size or opting for custom sizing for the best fit.
4. What if the dress doesn’t fit me?
If your dress doesn’t fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to assist you with alterations, exchanges, or returns based on our policy.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), please contact our Customer Service or go to My Orders to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

Returns must be approved by our customer service team before sending the item back.

Do not return items directly to the address on the package, as it is not our return address.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3–15 business days.

Please note that all custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Please refer to our Color Chart when selecting your color. While we try to display colors as accurately as possible, slight differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

We recommend ordering a fabric swatch for the most accurate color. For multiple dresses, we will use the same fabric batch to ensure consistency.

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment at any time.
